Using **PHS OpenAPI** involves risks associated with electronic trading, system connectivity, and data processing. Customers are encouraged to carefully review this document before activating and using the service.

## Client acknowledgement

Before activating PHS OpenAPI, please confirm that you have:

* Read and understood the **PHS OpenAPI Terms & Conditions**.
* Read and understood this **Risk Disclosure Statement**.
* Reviewed the **API Documentation** and related technical guides.
* Understood the capabilities, limitations, and intended use of the API.
* Acknowledged that API requests made using your credentials (API Key/Access Token) are considered authorized by you or your approved application.
* Implemented appropriate measures to protect your API credentials and authentication information.
* Agreed to comply with all applicable PHS policies, technical requirements, and guidelines as updated from time to time.
